Il s’agit d’une réunion annuelle organisée autour de tables rondes et de sessions de networking transactionnelles, conçues pour faciliter les échanges d’affaires entre décisionnaires.
Grâce à un format unique de discussions collégiales, co-animées par des experts et des professionnels, le France GRI aborde notamment des aspects liés au financement, à l’investissement, et aux réglementations qui impactent le marché immobilier.
Chaque année, le France GRI accueille environ 150 participants, dont la moitié est composée des membres du GRI Club. Les non-membres peuvent y participer, par l’achat d’un ticket.

Marc Brütsch has worked for the Swiss Life Group since graduating from the University of Zurich in 1993 with a degree in economics and media science. 1996 and 1997, Marc worked in the United Kingdom for Swiss Life UK. He subsequently assumed responsibility for economic research as the basis for Swiss Life’s group-wide investment processes in traded securities, infrastructure and real estate. Before this, Delphine has gained an extensive experience of the French real estate market for 15 years, working as an investor within the Affine Group and as a banker at KBC Bank and Natixis. Delphine originated and syndicated over Euro 5 billion senior debt and more than 400 million mezzanine/acquisition debt. She also executed circa 15 equity deals in all asset classes for investment funds, listed and non-listed real estate companies as well as family offices.

Philippe joined from BNP Paribas Asset Management where he founded and headed the Real Estate Debt activity from 2017.
