In this strategic role, he oversees diverse real estate and infrastructure investments across multiple markets, supporting PIF's mission to drive economic diversification and sustainable growth. Mr Courbage joined Fortress Investment Group as a Managing Director in London, to run the commercial real estate business in Europe. Prior to joining Fortress in 2012, Mr Courbage spent 10 years at Deutsche Bank in London where he was the European head of the Commercial Real Estate Group, an activity encompassing financing and special situation principal investments. Prior to that, Mr Courbage spent six years at Merrill Lynch, initially in the Distressed Debt Group and subsequently as a director of the real estate Global Principal Investment business. Cyril has a Masters in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from The American University of Paris

Mr. Bashir brings over 20 years of experience in private equity real estate, operations and corporate finance to Harrison Street. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Bashir was most recently President and Chief Operating Officer at Round Hill Capital, a real estate investment and asset management firm with a global footprint. While at Round Hill Capital, he managed a business with an $8+ billion portfolio as well as a team of 260 people across 15 offices.

With over 40 years of experience in hotel management, operations, and corporate development, he has guided the company's expansion from three hotels to over 150 properties across 20 countries.
