Biography

Gilles Allard serves as the Honorary President and a Member of the Board at ADI (Association des directeurs immobiliers). An engineer from INSA de Lyon, he boasts extensive expertise from a distinguished career in corporate real estate. He previously held the position of Group Real Estate Director at ENGIE, where he was tasked with strengthening real estate governance and spearheading performance programs. Before this, Mr. Allard occupied diverse management and project roles at Gaz de France starting in 1981, and was pivotal in transforming corporate real estate functions at Gaz de France and GDF SUEZ. He also served as President of ADI from 2017, promoting the strategic role of corporate real estate. His career highlights underscore a profound dedication to the industry's development and professionalization.
