Anne-Claire Barberi is the CSR & Innovation Director at Perial Property Management, a role she assumed in March 2020. An engineer from ESTP and holding an MSc from UCLA, she began her career in IT consulting before transitioning to real estate in 2013, focusing on CSR and innovation at ARP-Astrance. At Perial, Anne-Claire drives the company's strategic CSR initiatives, integrating ESG criteria into investment and asset management. Her work contributes to Perial's "entreprise à mission" status and "PERIAL Positive 2030" plan, targeting positive impacts on climate, community, and territory, with a strong emphasis on environmental performance, climate resilience, and tenant well-being.
