Mai-Lan de Marcilly is a Director at KKR in charge of France and hospitality. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. de Marcilly was at PGIM in London where she focused on pan-European opportunistic investments. Ms. de Marcilly also spent time at LaSalle IM, MSREF and RBS in Paris and London. Ms. de Marcilly holds an M.B.A. from ESSEC Business School, Paris.
