Biography

Matthieu Reffay serves as Managing Director at Hines SGP, a role he has held since 2012, with a focus on acquisitions and development in France. He was named Managing Director acquisition at Hines France in 2018, with a mission to originate and develop investment teams. His extensive real estate career includes previous roles as an Acquisition Manager at Hammerson and Development Manager at Spie Batignolles Real Estate, where he oversaw large-scale projects. Matthieu holds a Master's in Engineering from CentraleSupélec and an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
