Andrea is a Director at MetLife Investment Management Mexico City office. She is responsible to lead the debt team in Mexico. Her main responsibilities include the origination strategy and lead the debt team on new transactions and handle the refinancings of the existing commercial real estate portfolio at MetLife. As part of her role, Andrea supports the loan management team to maintain a healthy debt portfolio. Andrea joined MetLife in 2004 and contributed to establish the Mexico office, which has been where all commercial loans around Mexico are originated and managed. Andrea has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, both in origination and loan management.

Jose Ruben Velarde is Senior Director and Head of the Latin America division at Jamestown. He oversees all the company’s efforts in the region and is responsible for the Latin America Fund. Mr. Acevedo is currently a Vice President of the Caribbean and Latin America Region of International Lodging Development of Marriott International. Ms. Soto has worked for the Firm since 2012, based out of TC’s local offices in Bogota, New York and Mexico City. During her career at TC, she has also been involved in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Colombia and Mexico. Juliana holds a MS in Real Estate Finance and Investments from NYU, and a BBA from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Bogotá, Colombia.
