Biography
Daniel Lorenzen Maldonado holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Leadership from Claremont McKenna College, in Los Angeles. With a strong financial foundation, he contributed to raising $1.5 billion for an infrastructure private equity firm, gaining international experience while living and working in San Francisco, Geneva, and London. Daniel also worked as a strategic planning consultant in commercial real estate, specializing in retail projects across the United States and Mexico. At LOMA Desarrollos, Daniel focuses on capital formation for residential, retail, and mixed-use projects, as well as selling part of the retail portfolio. Additionally, Daniel leads the company family office that invests in global real estate markets.
