Raul Arroyo

Raul Arroyo is the Managing Director at Industrial Gate, a leading platform for developing, leasing, and managing industrial assets in Mexico. He brings over 16 years of expertise in industrial real estate, specializing in portfolio development, acquisition, management, and disposition. Prior to Industrial Gate, Mr. Arroyo served as CIO at RMSG, developing over 2 million square feet of industrial assets. He also held a Senior Industrial Portfolio Manager position at Prudential Global Investment Management (now PGIM), where he managed approximately US$2 billion and developed over 5 million square feet of industrial assets. His mission at Industrial Gate is to deliver strategic, world-class projects that meet the needs of multinational companies in Mexico, promoting operational efficiency and sustainability. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Universidad La Salle and an MBA from IPADE Business School.
