Lorenza Langarica is a Partner at Mijares Angoitia Cortés y Fuentes S.C., where she became the firm's first woman partner in 2008. With over 20 years of experience, she is a leading attorney specializing in Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate, including hospitality and tourism developments. She provides expert counsel to Mexican and foreign clients on complex transactions, joint ventures, and structured financings. Lorenza is also an Independent Director for Credit Suisse Mexico and serves as Alternate Secretary on the boards of Trans Union de México, Dun & Bradstreet, and Consorcio ARA. She holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.
