Biography

Eduardo Nakash is the Country Manager of Mexico at LPA, starting in July 2025. He is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in both the real estate sector and the financial industry.
Prior to joining LPA, Eduardo worked at MIRA and TC Latin America Partners, where he structured investment opportunities across multiple strategies and asset types. He also led the structuring of what would have been the first diversified FIBRA in Latin America, overseeing properties in 5 countries valued at US$450M. At Evercore, he participated in IPOs and follow-on offerings, including Fibra Uno, Fibra Hotel, and Fibra Danhos. Additionally, at O'Donnell, he led the development and leasing of industrial projects across various submarkets.
Eduardo holds an Industrial Engineering degree from ITAM in Mexico and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Logistic Properties of the Americas is a leading developer, owner, and manager of institutional quality industrial and logistics real estate in high-growth and high-barrier-to-entry markets in Central and South America. LPA’s customers are multinational and regional e-commerce retailers, third-party logistic operators, business-to-business distributors, and retail distribution companies among others.
