Biography

Sofia Flores Coulbourn is the Director of the Industrial Division at Terra Regia in Mexico. With over 15 years of experience in industrial construction and site selection, she specializes in sustainability and attracting direct investment to Mexico. She has participated in more than 30 global forums and seminars on investment attraction. Coulbourn also serves as an advisor for the Mexican-North American Institute of Cultural Relations, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (Monterrey), and is a member of AMCHAM Monterrey. Her work focuses on addressing crucial infrastructure needs for foreign direct investment and economic development.
