Ms Perez Liz, based in Madrid, is the Managing Director of Kennedy Wilson Spain and has almost 20 years of investment banking, real estate and capital markets experience throughout Spain and the rest of Europe. Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, she was a Managing Director of Banco Santander’s restructuring unit for medium size corporates, and had previously played different roles at PwC, and Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan in London . Over her career, Ms Perez has intervened in the completion of more than 25bn in European real-estate related transactions, including equity, direct lending, mezzanine, securitisation, and restructuring work.
David Iriso serves as Co-General Manager & Chief Information Officer at All Iron Group, a prominent Spanish real estate investment company (SOCIMI). In his dual leadership role, he oversees strategic operations while driving digital transformation and technology initiatives across the organization. Iriso brings extensive expertise in information systems management and corporate leadership to All Iron Group's real estate portfolio operations. His position combines operational oversight with technological innovation, positioning the company for growth in Spain's competitive real estate investment market through strategic use of data analytics and digital platforms.
Esteve Almirall (Barcelona, 1994) is the founder and CEO of EPISODE. An entrepreneur in the living and real estate sector, he has a strong track record leading international growth projects, brand development, and capital raising initiatives.
He was previously Co-Founder and Managing Director of Node, where he played a key role in the company’s expansion in Spain, leading the development of partnerships with local operators and the structuring of joint ventures to scale the business globally. During this period, he focused on brand building, digital strategy, and the establishment of strategic partnerships, as well as investor relations. Under his leadership, Node Iberia developed a portfolio of 11 assets under management, with approximately 4,000 beds and a stabilized value of around €500 million. This portfolio resulted in one of the most significant transactions in the Spanish living sector.

Ignacio is a founding partner of Momentum REIM and responsible for business development since 2008. He studied Law at ICADE and Business Administration at UNED and has a Master in SME Management from EOI and a Master in Real Estate Management from ICADE. From 2004 to 2012 he has been a Postgraduate Professor at ICADE. In 2000 he began his professional career in the RE consultancy division of Arthur Andersen, and after years of experience in the sector he held the position of CEO in Grupo Gesfesa and Deputy Managing Director in Grupo Vemusa, RE companies focused on residential and tertiary development business. MOMENTUM was born in 2008 with the conviction that the change of cycle would generate good opportunities for the RE business.
