Partner Aparna Sehgal leads the Real Estate Finance team in Winston’s London office. She advises on the financing of complex real estate-backed transactions, including highly structured deals and those involving back-leverage arrangements, such as loan-on-loans and repurchase facilities. She has extensive experience representing a diverse range of clients, including senior lenders, mezzanine debt providers, and back-leverage counterparties, helping to navigate intricate financial structures with strategic insight. Aparna has extensive experience in the commercial real estate finance sector, having worked on single-asset and portfolio financings involving performing and distressed assets, assets under development, and the acquisition of non-performing loan (NPL) pools. She is highly skilled in negotiating and documenting complex intercreditor arrangements and advising on enforcement strategies, particularly in cases involving operational assets and intricate opco-propco structures.

Agnes Decourcelle serves as Global Head of Real Estate Syndicate at Societe Generale UK, where she leads real estate syndication activities across international markets. Based in London, she oversees structured real estate financing solutions and manages relationships with institutional investors. With extensive expertise in real estate capital markets, Agnes has played a key role in developing Societe Generale's real estate syndication platform, facilitating complex transactions and providing strategic advisory services to clients. Her leadership encompasses deal origination, structuring, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across diverse property sectors and geographical markets within the global real estate finance industry.

Mr. Rampin is a Managing Director on the Real Estate Private Credit team. Based in London, he leads Cerberus’ origination and execution of real estate debt investments across Europe. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Rampin served as a Managing Director for European Debt Strategies at CBRE Global Investors and separately, as an Executive Director at CBRE Capital Advisors. From 2007 to 2015, he we was Head of European Real Estate Finance within the Fixed Income division of BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking, where he was responsible for the bank’s commercial mortgage-backed securities program and the fixed income’s legacy commercial real estate loan book.

Omar el Glaoui is Managing Director and Co-Head of the EMEA Real Estate Finance business at Citigroup, focusing on origination, structuring and distribution of senior and mezzanine debt Over an 18 year career in commercial property finance, Omar has expertise in loan underwriting, distressed acquisitions, mezzanine / equity investments, CMBS bond trading and underwriting & risk management across Europe and all traditional and operating asset classes. He joined Citi in 2014, and prior to that was with J.P. Morgan in London where he started his career in 2005.

Shaun Connery serves as Managing Director and Head of European Debt at Affinius Capital, a US-based investment firm. In this senior leadership role, he oversees the company's European debt investment strategies and portfolio management. Connery brings extensive experience in international debt markets and structured finance to his position. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing debt investments across European markets, working closely with institutional clients and investment partners. His expertise spans corporate debt, distressed situations, and alternative credit strategies. Prior to his current role, Connery developed his career in investment banking and credit markets, building a strong track record in cross-border transactions and European financial markets.
