I am a real estate lawyer with over 10 years of professional experience, advising local and foreign entities for real estate transactions in particular with respect to acquisition, development, construction, leasing, property management and divestment processes, primarily in the office and logistics sectors. I am also involved in the day-to-day legal services for entities in the real estate market.

Zuzanna Lipska is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokatka) with over 13 years of experience in the real estate law. She has advised international and domestic investors and developers on numerous real estate transactions related to the sale or acquisition of offices, shopping centers, logistics facilities and hotels, including portfolio acquisitions and joint venture agreements. Her expertise focuses on the industrial sector. She provides advice on the entire development process. She has wide experience in lease agreements negotiations and real estate asset management.

Dorota is a Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of REINO Group (fund and investment management company based in Poland). Dorota has over 25 years of professional experience in the real estate industry working for PWC and Knight Frank in the CEE region. She advised local and international developers, global investment funds, and Polish entities in these roles. Dorota has invested and managed more than EUR 2bn of Polish real estate for various Polish and international structures. She is a Polish licensed valuer and a Member of the RICS. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and MBA from the University of Minnesota/Carlson Schoof of Management.

Sylwia Toczyska brings over 25 years of experience in international accounting, taxation, and business leadership, with more than 15 years in the real estate sector. She began her career in finance at multinational companies such as Rossmann and GE, transitioning to outsourcing in 2007. Since then, she has worked with global service providers, including Vistra and Deloitte. At Vistra, Sylwia has held senior roles across accounting, tax compliance, client relationship management, and market growth in Poland and Central Europe. She led teams managing complex client engagements. Since rejoining Vistra in June 2025, she has taken a leadership role in Fund Services, focusing on real estate investment structures for international clients across EMEA. She aims to grow the multi-country portfolio through advanced technologies. Sylwia graduated from the Poznań School of Economics and completed doctoral studies in accounting at Łódź University. A licensed tax advisor since 2009.
