Alex Coulter is a Real Estate Partner at Dentons, one of the world's largest law firms. Based in the UK, he specializes in commercial real estate transactions, development projects, and property investment matters. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Coulter advises clients on complex property deals, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing arrangements, and joint ventures. He works with a diverse client base including property developers, investors, and occupiers across various sectors. At Dentons, Coulter is recognized for his expertise in navigating sophisticated real estate transactions and providing strategic counsel to clients throughout the property lifecycle. His practice encompasses both domestic and international real estate matters.

Dan Valenzano is Senior Partner of GREYKITE. He helped establish the firm in 2023, and is a member of the firm's Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to GREYKITE, Dan was Head of European Value-Add Transactions at PATRIZIA, and served on the firm's Management Committee. He previously worked at TPG as a Principal in the European real estate group, and he began his career in the Real Estate & Leisure investment banking group at UBS in London. Dan’s principal investment experience spans twelve European countries and more than €5 billion in real estate transactions, and he has served on the board of directors of several public and private real estate companies. Dan holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, where he currently serves as the real estate industry advisor to the Saïd Business School.

James Wakelin serves as Head of Capital Markets & Sustainability at Indurent, a UK-based property investment and development company. In his role, he leads capital raising initiatives and oversees sustainability strategies across the organization's portfolio. Wakelin brings extensive experience in real estate finance and ESG implementation, focusing on sustainable development practices and responsible investment approaches. He plays a key role in advancing Indurent's commitment to environmental stewardship while driving capital market activities to support the company's growth objectives in the property sector.

Tom is a partner in our Real Estate practice in Dentons' Dublin office. He advises on commercial real estate matters generally, including on acquisitions, disposals, lettings (including agreements for lease) for both landlords and tenants, and acquisition and development financing of offices, logistic parks, data centres, mixed-use developments, hotels, wind farms, solar farms and multi-family properties.
