Pablo Calvillo
Biography
Pablo Calvillo, formerly a Director at BNP Paribas, has been appointed to lead the new office. In his new role, he will be responsible for the firm’s in-country activities including sourcing, structuring and managing real estate debt investments in the Iberian market. The strategy of Venn Partners Spain is to source and invest in loans secured by real estate assets in segments of the market that are currently undersupplied and which offer attractive risk-adjusted returns to investors. He began his career in investment banking with Santander in Madrid, then gained more than a decade of structured finance experience at BNP Paribas in Paris, London and Madrid.
