Palazzo Revere is a residential redevelopment in the heart of Milan, promoted by ARDIAN and Investire SGR, transforming a late 19th-century building into high-end residences designed by DE AMICIS ARCHITETTI. The project combines heritage and innovation, preserving the historic façade while introducing a contemporary glass and green internal façade that creates a bright, shared courtyard. Guided by ESG principles, it integrates geothermal and photovoltaic systems, smart building management and EPC A e2ciency. With apartments, duplexes and urban villas, plus wellness, concierge and parking, it sets a new standard for sustainable luxury living in Milan.

This project comprises a Grade A logistics development located in Torrevecchia Pia, within the Milan metropolitan area, one of Italy’s most established and supply-constrained logistics markets. The scheme is being developed through a joint venture between GARBE Industrial Real Estate, SFO Capital Partners and Edmond de Rothschild REIM, targeting strong occupier demand driven by 3PL operators, retailers and e-commerce players.

The development will deliver approximately 53,000 sqm of lettable space across two modern logistics buildings on a 124,000 sqm site, with completion expected by the end of 2026. The asset benefits from a strategic location around 20 km from Milan, with direct access to key transport infrastructure including the A1 motorway and the A50 ring road, ensuring efficient national and international connectivity. Designed to meet top-tier ESG standards, the project targets LEED Platinum certification and is already partially pre-let, reinforcing its strong positioning within the Northern Italy logistics market.
