Agata Jurek-Zbrojska is a qualified legal advisor and Head of the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS – one of the largest real estate teams in Poland, comprising approximately 40 experienced lawyers For over twenty years Agata has successfully advised on the largest real estate transactions in Poland and on numerous cross-border projects, with particular focus on office, commercial, logistics and residential real estate at all stages of the investment process.

Agnieszka Ciupak serves as Managing Director Poland at GTC S.A., a leading real estate development and investment company in Central and Eastern Europe. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, she oversees GTC's operations and strategic initiatives across the Polish market. Under her leadership, GTC has continued to develop premium office, retail, and residential projects in major Polish cities. Ciupak brings strong expertise in real estate development, asset management, and market expansion, contributing to GTC's position as a key player in Poland's commercial real estate landscape.

Barbara Wojdełko is CEO of Greenman Poland, leading a 16-strong team based in Warsaw. Before her appointment as CEO, Barbara was managing partner of Newbridge Poland Sp. z o.o., managing the company’s finance, operations and acquisitions since 2015. She has over a decade’s worth of real estate experience and was previously an analyst for a warehouse developer active in the CEE region. She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a magister degree in Corporate Finance.

Dorota is a Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of REINO Group (fund and investment management company based in Poland). Dorota has over 25 years of professional experience in the real estate industry working for PWC and Knight Frank in the CEE region. She advised local and international developers, global investment funds, and Polish entities in these roles. Dorota has invested and managed more than EUR 2bn of Polish real estate for various Polish and international structures. She is a Polish licensed valuer and a Member of the RICS. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and MBA from the University of Minnesota/Carlson Schoof of Management.

As Partner and Head of the Corporate Finance business line in CEE, Dorota provides advice on customers’ financial needs, including debt and mezzanine financing, capital raising and gaining joint venture partners, as well as offering support in M&A and IPO transactions. Before joining Colliers International, Dorota spent 11 years as Senior Partner at Griffin Real Estate, where she was responsible for the group’s management and investments, and also for the first mezzanine fund operating in Poland. Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra is a graduated of SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Cologne and the University of Duisburg-Essen.

Judyta Sawicka is the Head of Investment & Divestment at Echo Investment. In her role, she is be responsible for conducting transactions, including the sale of commercial projects and real estate acquisitions.

Katarina Horvathova serves as Head of Transactions CEE at Manova Partners, a prominent investment firm based in the Czech Republic.
