Prior to joining Welspun One, Yash was Principal at Proprium Capital Partners, with an AUM of c.USD 2BN (set up in 2013, as a result of restructuring in “MSREI” - Morgan Stanley’s RE Investment platform), where he was actively involved in setting up the India office, & was responsible for the asset management of the MSREI SSF III India portfolio and sourcing & execution of new deals. He holds a PG diploma in Business Administration from the Welingkar, Mumbai, and a B.Engg (Electronics & Telecommunications) from Mumbai University.

Mr. Yashvardhan Agarwal is a Jt. MD at Kasturi Housing. With a formal education in Management and Finance, he joined the construction industry in 2017 as a second generation entrepreneur. As a young leader, he has transformed the company’s customer experience, sales, marketing and product development outlook in just 5 years. His vast knowledge of construction systems and architectural products has added great value to the kasturi product and his implementation of company wide systems and processes have ensured Kasturi’s readiness for the next stage of its expansion. Under his leadership, Kasturi has set new records in Pune’s residential sale market.
