Senior leader with 25+ years of experience in Real Estate Investment Management, Credit, Project Finance, Investment Banking & Project Management in India and abroad. Heading Nippon India Real Estate investments since 2011 and prior to that had set up and anchored real estate private equity business in previous organization (ICICI Prudential AMC). He has well diversified experience over entire life cycle of Funds (domestic and offshore) and strong track record of investing in real estate projects (residential and commercial) across all stages in various formats across market cycles. Holds Masters in Business Management and B Tech (Civil Engg) and advance certifications from Wharton and Columbia Business School.
