Mr.Prasanth Gopinath, Director Commercial(BU),KohinoorGroup, is spearheading the Commercial vertical for the Group.An Alumnus of IIMBangalore, MBA from VIT(Vellore Institute of Technology) & with a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from CUSAT(Cochin University of Science & Technology) he has demonstrated a strong pedigree of education. Prior to him getting Onboard with Kohinoor, Prasanth was leading the Commercial Real Estate Business in Lodha Developers & Shapoorji Pallonji Group. With Extensive experience in leasing and sales of Commercial & Residential asset, Prasanth has led and managed portfolio of 11 million Sq.ft under various stages of development across India with a business valuation of around $1Bn.
