Biography
Manideep Anumalisetty is a 4th generation entrepreneur from India representing his family business - AS Group. His early career spans from running a family owned steel manufacturing business to founding and running an Ed-Tech Startup. Later he’s joined the Real Estate Division of AS Group. Having developed multiple projects with Marquee tenants end-end from concept – leasing – development, he is now working on his vision of building a large, respected, and socially conscious Global Real Estate Institution with presence in key markets across the globe. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB)

AS Group, a family owned business has presence in Steel Trading and Real Estate. As of 2023, the group owns 2Mn SFT+ of commercial and industrial assets that’s been leased to various MNC tenants in and around Visakhapatnam, India. Now, the group is planning to develop World Class - Grade A Commercial Assets across the country that can be Jewels in the Indian real estate industry. Interests include Office Parks, Industrial and Logistics Parks, Data Centers, and Retail.
