An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad (AGMP) and an MBA in Finance & Insurance from AICAR Business School, he brings over two decades of experience spanning fundraising, business strategy, investments, and deal structuring within the real estate sector. With deep expertise across the full lifecycle of real estate private equity, paired with sharp problem-solving and strategic leadership, he stands out as a seasoned professional in the investment domain. Prior to Shivalik, he served as Director at Colliers, leading Gujarat's Capital Market expansion and advisory role. An entrepreneur at heart, he also founded HealthismPlus Technologies, a healthcare-focused start-up. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Amplus Capital Advisors, Tata Housing, and Silvex Realty, where he successfully executed large-scale transactions and complex financial structures across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
