Vithal Suryavanshi
Biography
Vithal Suryavanshi is a Partner at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers, bringing over three decades of extensive experience in commercial real estate. He is a senior member of the Kotak Realty Fund's commercial real estate vertical. Previously, Suryavanshi served as Senior Vice President and Regional Head for Western India at Brookfield Properties, where he was pivotal in leading leasing portfolios, asset operations, and strategic development. His expertise also spans revenue enhancement and market partnerships, and he has held senior leadership roles at Mayfair Housing and K. Raheja Corp. He holds an Executive MBA from NMIMS and completed the Accelerated Development Program at the University of Chicago.
