With only 24% of the overall volume over the first 9 months of 2023, compared to 47% on average between 2018 and 2022, what are the factors that still encourage them to invest in the region?

Executive Director Grégoire Deramecourt began his career in 2006 in Mergers and Acquisitions within the Aviva group then at Rothschild & Cie. In 2010, he joined JLL's Corporate Consulting and Transactions Services department, which is dedicated to users. In 2013, he became Senior Asset Manager at Aviva Investors Real Estate France. Since 2018, he was head of AEW's Asset Management Offices, where he was responsible for more than 1.5 billion arbitrations. Grégoire is graduated of IPAG Paris and EM Lyon Business School.

Philippe joined ICGRE in May 2020 and serves as Managing Director and Head of European Investments. Philippe joined from BNP Paribas Asset Management where he founded and headed the Real Estate Debt activity from 2017. Beforehand he was at Acofi Gestion where he was head of Real Estate Debt funds and was responsible for managing investments in CRE loans in Europe from 2013. In 2008 Philippe joined CBRE, the property consultancy firm, to set up the Debt Advisory business for France. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon business school and a Master's degree in Business Law from Jean Moulin University.

Sebastien obtained a Master in Economics and a Master in Real Estate from the University of Paris Dauphine, and is a Chartered Accountant.
