Italy's Investment Cycle

25 February 2020
Baglioni Hotel Carlton
Overview
2019 has been an exceptional year for the Italian Real Estate industry, recording the largest amount of local and foreign investments ever, accounting for more than 12 billion (37% more than the previous year and 7% more than 2017).

Milan has attracted almost 40% of these investments and therefore has consolidated its position as the most attractive destination for foreign capitals. However, are the international investors here to stay long?

GRI Club members and their invited guests will gather in Milan for the first time of the year for a private round table to debate the opportunities and threats of the upcoming year.
  • Where are we in the cycle and next year investment opportunities
  • Service-driven products rise and owner/operator dynamics
  • Resi BTR, will work for Italy?
  • Large development financing
