In 2017 I returned to TUI Group to manage the growth of Tui own hotels & resorts worldwide, especially TUI Blue, Club Robinson and Club Magic Life

Joan is the Managing Partner of Spinnia, a leading real estate investment manager mainly focussed in Spain, Portugal and Florida (USA), sourcing, executing and managing opportunities for a broad base of international institutional investors in the industrial/logistics and hospitality sectors, eventually coinvesting in the opportunities. Through his 30-year career of real estate investment and development experience in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, Joan has been active across various asset classes including industrial, office, mixed use, and residential, totalling a track record of almost €4 Bn of investments. Joan holds a BA (UB, Barcelona), and an MBA-MIM (ESADE, Barcelona).

João Cristina is the Portugal Director of Merlin Properties since 1 January 2018. From 2006 until that time, he held Investment Management positions at Rockspring PIM and Orion Capital Managers, all based in Madrid. He returned to Portugal, during 2014, to assume the General Manager role in SILCOGE, a leading Portuguese real estate company. He studied Finance at ISCTE and has an MBA from IE -Instituto de Empresa. Joao Specialized in acquisitions and asset management throughout the Iberian Peninsula, where he has more than 12 years’ experience. Over the last year, João has focused on increasing Merlin’s footprint in the Portuguese real estate market (acquisitions) while improving present occupational levels of the portfolio asset management

Marius Koch, Managing Director. Mr. Koch joined Cerberus in 2009. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Koch worked in the Real Estate Research Department of Corpus Sireo. Mr. Koch graduated from the European Business School (EBS) with a B.S. in General Management and a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investments. In 1999, within the Banif Group, he created several real estate fund structures where he reached €1,500 m in AuM, in several countries: Portugal, Central Europe, Brazil and Florida/USA. He was also a director of the Pension Fund and Securities and Alternative Fund Management Companies. Subsequently, in 2014, at Silvip, SGOIC, S.A., he was co-responsible for the strategic change and raising of several mandates, reaching 10 funds/SIC and €850 m of AuM. He participated as a speaker in several conferences dedicated to real estate. He has published several works and articles mainly dedicated to the topic of real estate investment.

Ricardo Pucci joined Galli on 2015 as CEO, the 3rd generation of the family in the business, and is responsible for overseeing operations in Brazil, US and Portugal. Before joining the family business he was Brazil RE Executive for Microsoft, Brazil Real Estate and Site Operations and Latam Strategy Executive for IBM. Prior he worked for Safra Bank and Natura Cosmetics. He is a Civil Engineer and has a Master's Degree from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo.

Based in London, Rishi joined Purestone Capital as Managing Partner in 2025. Purestone is a private investment firm with a primary focus on real estate in the UK and the Iberian Peninsula. Rishi is an experienced senior executive with over 15 years’ experience in real estate and finance, and currently also serves as a Board Advisor to LandlordInvest, an FCA authorised Peer-to-peer lending platform. Prior to joining Purestone, Rishi founded OCIM, an investment manager with direct mandates in the UK, Ireland, Portugal and Poland across Office, Build-To-Suit and BTR.
