Bernd Bechheim joined Aberdeen Frankfurt in 2003. In his role as Head of Asset Management and Transactions he is responsible for the overall asset management of the properties in all funds and mandates within Continental Europe as well as for the coordination of all investment opportunities, deal allocation and the coordination of the execution of transactions. He graduated in business administration (real estate) at Nuertingen University.

Björn Munte is the Director Germany at NREP, a prominent Nordic private equity real estate firm. He has been pivotal in NREP's entry and expansion into the German market. Munte notably led the first joint venture investment with aam2core, acquiring the "Project Meran" residential building in Cologne. Christian Geissinger serves as Director Investments and Asset Management at DW Real Estate GmbH. Isabella Chacon Troidl serves as CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany, leading the German operations of one of Europe's premier real estate services companies. With extensive expertise in commercial real estate, she oversees strategic initiatives across investment, development, and advisory services. Under her leadership, the German division has strengthened its market position in key sectors including office, retail, and logistics properties. Her professional focus encompasses sustainable real estate solutions and digital transformation within the property sector. Chacon Troidl brings valuable international perspective to her role, driving growth and innovation in the German real estate market while maintaining BNP Paribas Real Estate's commitment to excellence in client service and market expertise.

Jeffrey King serves as Managing Director of Fund Management at AEW Germany, bringing extensive expertise in European real estate investment management. Based in Germany, he oversees fund operations and investment strategies for AEW's German market presence. King has built his career specializing in institutional real estate funds, asset management, and cross-border investment strategies. His leadership at AEW Germany focuses on delivering strong returns for institutional investors through strategic property acquisitions and portfolio optimization across German and European markets. King's experience spans multiple real estate sectors and investment vehicles, making him a key figure in AEW's European expansion and fund management operations.

Anders currently leads the European real estate team at SVP, having built the team and deployed over €400 million since joining. Before SVP, he headed the CRE special situations at Deutsche Bank, where they invested in CRE secured NPLs. Anders began his career at HSBC Bank Canada, moved to London in 2011 to work in the investment bank, and joined Deutsche Bank in 2013. Anders is originally from Toronto, Canada, with a bachelor's degree in history and economics from the University of British Columbia. They attended the executive program for leadership development at the Harvard Business School. In his free time he is the chairman of Forma Arts and Media, a non-profit producing experiential and visual art.

Anni made her way into the Real Estate Industry as a Banker. During the 1990's until 2007 she held various senior positions at Eurohypo in International Real Estate Lending. Between 2007 and 2019 she was Global Head of Real Estate Lending at DekaBank. Since then Anni is working on her own advising and consulting RE Investment Companies and PropTechs. For Companies undergoing a change process or for Start-Ups she acts as challenger and coach. Anni's priority is her Senior Advisor Role for Gulf Islamic Investments (GII), an UAE-based financial services Company regulated by ESCA.

Kasimir zu Eltz serves as Director of Real Estate Debt at Barings Asset Management, a leading global investment manager. Based in the UK, he specializes in real estate debt financing and investment strategies across European markets. With extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, Kasimir focuses on originating and managing debt investments for institutional clients. At Barings, he plays a key role in the firm's real estate debt platform, leveraging deep market knowledge to identify attractive investment opportunities. His expertise spans various property sectors and debt structures, contributing to Barings' reputation as a trusted partner in real estate capital markets.

Klaus joined the European Catella Group in 2008 as Managing Director and is responsible for all real estate development projects in Germany. In 2015 Catella Project Management (CPM) was founded as an independent division direct linked to the Stockholm headquarter of Catella. Meanwhile CPM has realised or initiated project volumes of approx. 1.8 b EUR in commercial and residential properties. As Managing Partner Klaus is one of the shareholders of these development projects. The set-up of all Catella projects is based on sustainable and long-term oriented investments. Consequently the economic and ecological goals must be combined.
