Andrew Radkiewicz is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and global head of Private Debt Strategy and Investor Solutions. Based in London, Andrew is responsible for developing and implementing real estate debt fund product architecture and strategic solutions for global investors. He also has oversight for PGIM Real Estate’s global banking relationships. Andrew is a member of the Global Management Council and Investment Committee, and the Global Operating Risk Committee. Previously, Andrew was co-head of Europe where he was responsible for PGIM Real Estate’s European businesses. In 2007, Andrew co-founded the boutique fund manager Paramount Private Equity, which was subsequently absorbed by PGIM Real Estate in 2009 to form the Pramerica Real Estate Capital (PRECap) platform.

Ben Eppley is a partner at Apollo Global Management and head of its commercial real estate credit business in Europe. He is primarily responsible for originating, structuring, and asset managing performing CRE debt investments in senior and mezzanine loans, structured credit, and preferred equity. Ben also oversees sourcing and arranging financings for Apollo’s real estate equity strategies in Europe. Prior to joining Apollo in 2013, Ben worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, and Eastdil Secured. Ben graduated with a BA in English from Yale University.

Prior to joining Oaktree in 2019, Mr. Rich was a senior advisor to Oaktree’s Real Estate group for three years. Before joining Oaktree, he was responsible for European Commercial Real Estate lending at Credit Suisse within the Asset Finance team, and served as a managing director for LNR Partners Europe. Mr. Rich began his career in commercial real estate with Goldman, Sachs & Co., before moving on to Deutsche Bank as a director and founding member of the European Commercial Real Estate Group..

Mr. Moore is a Partner and Head of European Real Estate Debt in Ares Real Estate. He also serves on the Ares Real Estate Global Investment Committee and the Real Estate Debt Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Moore was a Managing Director in The Carlyle Group's flagship Credit Opportunities Fund where he headed up the Real Estate investment activities for that strategy across Europe and North America. Previously, Mr. Moore was a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners, where he ran the firm's European Real Estate Credit investment activities. In addition, Mr. Moore held positions at DRC Capital, Lehman Brothers and J.P. Morgan.

Pierpaolo Iasci serves as a Managing Director at Societe Generale UK. He is also the Head of UK Real Estate Structured Finance for Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking. Joining in 2011 from Cairn Capital, he specializes in pan-European real estate loan syndication, with a focus on the UK, France, Germany, and Italy. His expertise includes selling down positions in originated loans and participating in other banks' deals. He has been involved in significant transactions, such as the GBP 280 million refinancing of the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum.

Sameer Dalamal is a partner at Cale Street Partners, a real estate investment and finance firm focused on the United Kingdom, Western Europe and North America. Since its inception in 2014, Cale Street has raised €7.6bn from a single sovereign wealth investor and has provided innovative structured debt and/or equity capital solutions to investors, operators and developers in ten countries across nearly every major real estate asset classes and in multiple currencies. Before joining Cale Street, Sameer spent 10 years at Och Ziff in London, where he was most recently the head of European commercial real estate credit. Prior to that Sameer was at Deutsche Bank in the European commercial real estate group for 6 years.

Steve Plavin was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cushman & Wakefield in 2025. He currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman. Mr. Plavin has led a distinguished 40-year career in commercial real estate. Most recently he served as Head of Europe for Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies, and prior to that, served as CEO of Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. Prior to his tenure at Blackstone, Mr. Plavin held the position of CEO at Capital Trust, Inc. and CT Investment Management Co., LLC. Mr. Plavin also served as Global Co-Head of Commercial Real Estate Finance and Banking at Chase Bank and Chase Securities Inc. He has extensive experience on public company boards, including BXMT, CT, Omega Healthcare Investors, and as Non-Executive Chairman of WCI Communities, Inc. Mr. Plavin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
