With an 'entrepreneurial' mind for private and international companies, as well as a strong real estate and logistics culture acquired over the last 20 years, Christophe Chauvard is responsible for the overall commercial activities and management of P3's financial performance in France, including acquisitions and development, management and maintenance of a logistics portfolio and building relationships with all partners. He takes part in the preparation and supervision of P3's BTS projects in Western Europe with the support of his team and in coordination with the P3 headquarters in Prague.

Ludovic Bernini is a Managing Director at AEW Europe, based in Paris, France. He serves as a Portfolio Manager for one of AEW's European flagship funds, where his responsibilities include fund platform management, investment monitoring, and investor relations. He also oversees asset management and fund administration activities. Prior to his current role, Bernini led AEW's dedicated logistics asset management team, overseeing logistics assets across Europe. He joined AEW in 2008 as an asset manager in Milan and previously worked in corporate banking with Natixis. Ludovic Bernini is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris.
