Meeting Overview
The European real estate market has been stuck in a “wait and see mode” for quite some time now, which has been preventing new international players from entering the CEE market. In that scenario, the dominance of domestic capital prevails, with local capital being responsible for 53% of investment volumes, most notably in the Czech Republic at 41%.
Despite the global geopolitical and economic challenges, the Czech investment market remains strong with local investors playing a more vital role than ever. In that context, our goal is to answer a few pressing questions: What are the benefits for investing in the country? Where to find the best investment opportunities? And how to stay proactive in this transaction-stillstand scenario?
