Silvio Sancilio heads the Capital Markets division for Colliers Italia and leads a team of professionals specialised in the Office, Living, Logistics, Hotel and Retail Asset Classes. As a professional with over 15 years of experience in real estate, Silvio has consolidated experience in both the national and international real estate sector, having held important roles in Unicredit, where he managed a portfolio of over € 10 billion in 19 countries, and JLL Italia, where he headed the Office Capital Markets department. Over the years, he has worked on real estate transactions amounting to over € 8 billion, with particular mention going to the acquisition of Immobilien Holding in Austria and Monte Rosa 91, the sale of Melchiorre Gioia 22 and Torre Velasca in Milan and the “I Tolentini” complex in Rome. Silvio Sancilio has a Degree in Architectural Engineering, followed by an MBA obtained in Italy and the United States.

Maurizio Monteverdi is currently the majority shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Morning Capital Srl as Chief Executive Officer, executing a buyout of the real estate services component of the Vittoria Assicurazioni Spa group.

Michele Beolchini is the Head of Product Development & Fund Raising of InvestiRE SGR. Michele has been present in the Italian real estate market for more than 11 years, and prior to joining InvestiRE, was in the Real Estate Advisory team of Banca IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo Group - where he had the opportunity to take part to the origination, structuring and execution of numerous real estate transactions between 2008 and 2015. Michele holds a M. Sc. cum Laude in General Management and a B. Sc. in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan).
