Since 2018, the fifth consecutive year of increases in property values, Spain's economy has been growing with prices returning to the kind of highs seen before the financial crisis, value looks set to grow further. Interest rates are currently running at historically low levels, even though 2019 started with a less favorable economic sensation than 2018. In 2020 it is expected a growth of 1.7%.
