Alex Coulter is a Real Estate Partner at Dentons, one of the world's largest law firms. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Coulter advises clients on complex property deals, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing arrangements, and joint ventures. At Dentons, Coulter is recognized for his expertise in navigating sophisticated real estate transactions and providing strategic counsel to clients throughout the property lifecycle. His practice encompasses both domestic and international real estate matters.

Dan Valenzano is Senior Partner of GREYKITE. He helped establish the firm in 2023, and is a member of the firm's Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to GREYKITE, Dan was Head of European Value-Add Transactions at PATRIZIA, and served on the firm's Management Committee. He previously worked at TPG as a Principal in the European real estate group, and he began his career in the Real Estate & Leisure investment banking group at UBS in London. Dan’s principal investment experience spans twelve European countries and more than €5 billion in real estate transactions, and he has served on the board of directors of several public and private real estate companies. Dan holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford, where he currently serves as the real estate industry advisor to the Saïd Business School.

James Wakelin serves as Head of Capital Markets & Sustainability at Indurent, a UK-based property investment and development company. In his role, he leads capital raising initiatives and oversees sustainability strategies across the organization's portfolio. Wakelin brings extensive experience in real estate finance and ESG implementation, focusing on sustainable development practices and responsible investment approaches. He plays a key role in advancing Indurent's commitment to environmental stewardship while driving capital market activities to support the company's growth objectives in the property sector.

Mohamad is CEO of SFO Capital Partners and chairs the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees. Mohamad has established SFO’s real estate investment management business and has been leading all aspects of the firm’s development since 2013. With over 16 years of experience, Mohamad has been involved in more than USD15 billion of transactions in both advisory and principle roles across the real estate, hospitality and financial services sectors. Prior to joining SFO, Mohamad held positions at Kingdom Hotel Investments, JLL and Gulf Merger where he advised and acted on behalf of institutional investors and family offices on cross border transactions.
