With over 20 years in property development and investment, Garth has been investing in Portugal since 2016. Aside from co-founding a property development company, Garth’s previous roles include Senior Manager of Development and Hospitality within the sovereign wealth fund of Abu Dhabi. Garth oversees the day to day running of the business.

Javier is the Director, Development & Investor Relations at Braintrust Hospitality (Braintrust Consulting Services, member of Andersen Consulting), and Director, Development Spain & Portugal at BWH Hotels. He is highly experienced at leveraging data to support both strategic and real-time decisions. Javier specializes in maximizing hotel, leisure, sports and entertainment assets´ performance and profitability through data, analytics, and benchmarking. Prior to founding and leading SIR, he helped lead significant data-driven transformations, most recently in the Lodging industry. He is the former Country Manager for the Iberian Markets at STR (CoStar Group), and Vice President of Revenue Solutions at SHR Group.

Eduarda Pinto is the Executive Director of Lionesa Real Estate, the real estate arm of the Lionesa Group — a family office with over 20 years of history and a portfolio of more than 280,000 m² of owned and managed assets across mixed-use, retail, office, and other segments. With over two decades of experience in real estate strategy and business management, Eduarda has been instrumental in shaping and expanding the group’s diverse portfolio. Under her leadership, Lionesa Business Hub has become Portugal’s largest and most dynamic business centre, home to over 120 multinational companies and a vibrant community of 7,000 people from 47 nationalities. Miguel leads Corum Asset Management’s investment activities in Southern Europe, being responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of new transactions for the three open-ended vehicles. With a background in cross-capital structure investing (equity and debt) and mergers & acquisitions, Miguel brings experience in investing in corporate and real estate private equity projects, distressed / special situations and high-yield credit. Holds an MSc in Finance from Bocconi / Nova SBE and a BSc in Business Administration from Catholic University Lisbon.
