Ahmed E. El Rabbat serves as Vice-Chairman and Executive Board Member at MRBF Holding, a UAE-based investment and development company. Aref Lahham is Founder and Managing Director of Orion. He is located primarily in Orion’s London office and acts as Orion’s Chief Executive Officer, setting the strategy and leading the Orion Fund’s acquisition team. He has been responsible for over €5.0 billion of property acquisitions throughout Europe. Aref has 34 years of real estate investment and development experience in the US and Europe. He has served on the board of French public quoted company Société Foncière Lyonnaise as well as on the investment committee of a Bulgari sponsored private equity fund called Opera. Mr. Lahham has a BSc in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, a Masters of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Ben Eppley is a partner at Apollo Global Management and head of its commercial real estate credit business in Europe. He is primarily responsible for originating, structuring, and asset managing performing CRE debt investments in senior and mezzanine loans, structured credit, and preferred equity. Ben also oversees sourcing and arranging financings for Apollo’s real estate equity strategies in Europe. Prior to joining Apollo in 2013, Ben worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, and Eastdil Secured. Ben graduated with a BA in English from Yale University.

Brad Hyler is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Property Group, responsible for originating and executing European real estate investments. Mr. Hyler joined Brookfield in 2011 in New York and relocated to London in 2015.  Since joining, he has been heavily involved in a number of significant M&A transactions including the acquisitions of Verde, IDI, Gazeley and Rose.  He has also been instrumental in the creation of BSREP’s logistics and UK student housing operating platforms and overseeing significant growth of both portfolios.  Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Hyler held various positions at O’Connor Capital Partners and Jones Lang Lasalle. Mr. Hyler holds a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Colwell is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at LCN Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm based in New York, London, and Luxembourg, with over $8 billion in AUM, where he jointly oversees all the aspects of the firm's investment activities and operations globally. Previously, Mr. Colwell was a senior corporate finance/M&A executive at Goldman Sachs for 18 years. Mr. Colwell received his M.B.A from Columbia Business and his B.A. in History and Science from Harvard College where he graduated with Honors.

Camil Yazbeck is French and Lebanese. He holds an MBA in International Hotel Management from IMHI – a joint program between Cornell University, New York, and ESSEC Business School, Paris. Camil spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry, focusing on all aspects of hotel management in a variety of roles throughout the world. He held several senior leadership positions with international hotel companies, including Group Operations Director, Group & Area General Manager. He acquired extensive experience moving up the ranks in hotel management, in pre-openings as well as the extended stay market, within independent and branded hotels. Prior to joining Accor, Camil held the position of Partner and Investment Director – Hospitality & Leisure at Patron Capital, a leading Pan-European private equity real estate investor representing approximately €4.0 billion of equity across several funds and related investments including 60+ multi-branded hotels throughout Europe.

Since joining the Firm in 2006, Mr. Dejanovic has been instrumental in establishing Cerberus as a leading real estate investor in Europe and played a central role in Cerberus becoming one of the largest private residential landlords in Germany. In addition, Mr. Dejanovic leads Cerberus’ non performing loan platform in Europe, where the Firm has been a leading purchaser of non-performing loan portfolios since 2013. Mr. Dejanovic has overseen Cerberus’ non-performing loan activities in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Scandinavia, among other jurisdictions.

David Collett joined KAUST Investment Management Company in 2009 as Managing Director of Real Estate. Prior to that, he was Principal Portfolio Manager for Real Estate at the World Bank Pension Plan, Manager of Private Markets at the CPP Investment Board, a REIT analyst at TD Securities, and started his real estate career in acquisitions, development and asset management at CIBC Development Corporation. At the KAUST Endowment, Mr. Collett is focused on building a global real estate portfolio both on the Direct side through JV platforms or directly through Fund managers.

Eric has over 22 years of experience in the real estate sector, principally as a developer and investor. He is a US national and spent the majority of the last 15 years in Europe, initially investing in Belgium, Germany, and the Slovak Republic. Eric has completed over €1 billion of real estate transactions throughout US and Europe. In 2002, he launched and built Bifrost Investment Group (predecessor to Revetas Capital) into a leading CEE investment and asset manager. Since 2009, he has actively developed a platform to restructure and recapitalise distressed real estate in CEE, leading to the formation of Revetas Capital. Since then, Eric successfully restructured and recapitalised over €600 million worth of real estate assets in the region

Mr. Piper is a Partner, Co-Head of Europe and member of TPG Real Estate’s Investment Committee, based in London. Prior to joining TPG, he was a Partner in the Real Estate Group at Ares Management, where he spent 12 years, before which he was a member of the European Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. He received a Masters degree in Physics from the University of Cambridge, where he graduated with First Class Honours. He is also a trustee and Honorary Treasurer of the Royal Trinity Hospice, a charity providing care and support for those with life-limiting conditions in London.

Jim Blakemore is a Managing Partner and the Global Head of Debt at BGO. In his role as a member of BGO's global management team, Jim leads the firm’s global real estate debt strategies, managing approximately $16 billion of commercial mortgage loan assets across the globe. Jim founded BGO's European debt team which has invested over $6 billion of capital from institutional investors and is an active lender on commercial real estate properties located in the UK and across Western Europe.

Ms. Massague is a member of the real estate team. Prior to StepStone, Ms. Massague worked with the real estate finance fund at GAM International where she was responsible for the conception, structure and execution of real estate investments across the UK and Europe. Before that she was a vice president of real estate debt advisory at the Blackstone Group. Ms. Massague received a MBA in real estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and dual BS degrees in architecture and management from MIT.

He is Vice Chair for the Board of Trustees of Interlochen Center for the Arts and serves on the board of advisors for the Zell Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Tom-Eric Möller is a managing shareholder in a privately-owned M&A and real estate company and is based in Frankfurt. He is responsible for the investments in the real estate sector of the group and the management of the existing portfolio. Prior to DIH, Dr. Möller was working as Vice President for the Commercial Real Estate Group of Deutsche Bank in London and Frankfurt. Before joining Deutsche Bank he was practicing as senior associate in the law firm Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt. He holds a law degree from University Hamburg and received a doctorate in law by the University of Hannover.

As Region Head, Ms. Stroh is responsible for GIC’s real estate equity and debt investment activities across Europe. These real estate assets span multiple property sectors, including traditional office, retail, residential, industrial, hospitality, and newer economic sectors. Ms. Stroh is a voting member of GIC RE’s Global Investment Committee, an active member of the firm’s sustainability committee, and a leader in the Women in GIC Taskforce.

Van Stults is a Founding Partner of Orion Capital Managers, a pan-European RE private equity investment firm. He has over 30 years of real estate investment management experience. Van, with his partners, created the opportunistic Orion European Real Estate Funds I, II, III, IV and V and the core fund, Orion Income Return Partners, which combined have €15 billion of investment capacity. The Orion Funds target a wide range of RE investments throughout EU. Before ECE, he was Director at Allianz Capital Partners, involved in management and investment committees. From 2009-15, he served on DDR Corp.'s Board, a US open-air shopping center leader. In 2014, he joined Aliansce Sonae's Board, Brazil's top mall developer & operator, and since 2022, he's on Deutsche EuroShop AG’s Board, Germany's sole public firm investing only in shopping centers. Holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in finance from University of St. Gallen.

Lisa has over 25 years of experience in real estate investing, fund management, investor relations and global capital formation. Most recently Lisa was with Civitas Investment Management, where she was head of investor relations and capital raising. Prior to Civitas, Lisa spent over 13 years and was a partner at Orion Capital Managers, responsible for capital raising and investor relations efforts working with global institutional investors on the firms pan-European funds. Lisa has also held roles at Lehman Brothers and Grove International Partners in London, having gained experience in real estate fund management and investments at AIG and JLL in New York City. Lisa is a trained architect and holds a Master of Real Estate and Construction Management (MRECM) from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) from McGill University.

Ulf Pleschiutschnig serves as Managing Director and Co-Head Europe Investments at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) in the UK. He brings extensive expertise in European real estate markets and investment strategies. Based in London, Pleschiutschnig leads MSREI's European investment activities, overseeing portfolio management and strategic acquisitions across diverse real estate sectors. His role encompasses identifying investment opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving growth initiatives throughout European markets.
