Appointed on July 1, 2021, he oversees the company's real estate operations in the French market, including asset development, marketing, and property investments. With over a decade of experience in the real estate sector, including leadership roles at Hammerson and Klépierre, Vincent brings extensive market knowledge and strategic vision. He is instrumental in driving Prologis's ambitious development goals in France, notably through projects like the "Connect Paris" urban logistics hub, and contributes to the company's commitment to sustainable, zero-carbon constructions. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Management from EM Lyon.

Benjamin has extensive experience in the work with clients on complex real estate operations. He advises on a broad range of aspects related to it, including acquisition and disposal of real estate assets or companies, of French or pan-European portfolios, the structuring of projects and the negotiation of JV and partnership agreements. Benjamin’s work covers all asset classes (office, retail, logistics, hotel and leisure, residential…). Benjamin’s work also covers property development transactions, commercial leases and management agreements.

Florence Chérel is an Associate - Partner at CMS Francis Lefebvre in Paris, specializing in Real Estate and Public Law. She advises investors and developers on all aspects of development projects, including land control, contractual arrangements, environmental constraints, and administrative authorizations like construction licenses. She also possesses significant experience in public law litigation. Prior to joining CMS Francis Lefebvre in January 2018, Florence was a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2009 to 2017, and previously worked at Lefèvre Pelletier et Associés. She holds postgraduate degrees in Internal Public Law and Planning and Construction Law. Florence is recognized for her deep knowledge of construction licenses and planning expertise.

Sandrine has worked in the European Real Estate market for 18 years, and in Real Estate debt since 2005. Sandrine Amsili joined SCOR Investment Partners in November 2013 as Senior Real Estate Debt Manager. She was promoted to Head of Real Estate Debt on the 1st of December, 2018. Sandrine started her career in 2002 as an Acquisition Analyst for several real estate investment funds at CBRE Investors. In 2004, she became Asset Manager for French and German assets. She joined Eurohypo Bank in 2005 as a Credit Manager before being appointed Business Manager in the Origination department, in 2007. Sandrine holds a Master’s degree in Finance from EDHEC Business School. She has been a member of RICS since 2016.

Thomas Charvet is the Managing Director for Greystar France, responsible for the overall management of Greystar's French business, including investment strategy, acquisitions and the growth of the development business. Thomas works closely with other country leaders in Europe to invest in purpose-built rental housing and student accommodations, as part of the wider Greystar European growth strategy. Prior to joining Greystar in 2023, Thomas spent 15 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was a member of the board and Managing Director of Property Development —Europe.
