Economics Series - Italy's Prospects and a Challenging European Outlook in 2024
Filippo Taddei is and Executive Director, Senior European Economist, Southern Europe, at Goldman Sachs. Taddei has over a decade of experience as a policymaker and senior advisor, with a specific focus on labor and credit markets. Until December 2020 he was Associate Professor of the Practice of International Economics at SAIS Europe. From 2013 to 2017, he served as Economic and Labor Affairs Spokesperson of the ruling Partito Democratico (Italian Democratic Party), reporting directly to the Italian Prime Minister. In this capacity, Taddei was one of the main architects of the Italian labor market reform in 2014-15. Previously, he was a policy expert and consultant on labor market policies to the ILO, the European Commission and companies.

Focused on bringing new members and relevant companies from the sector, to develop the Club in the Andean countries, and Argentina. Also responsible for the Hospitality sector throughout Latin America, concentrating efforts, for the main meeting of the sector at a regional level.
