With a solid career in the financial-real estate investment sector, Adriano Mantesso joins Tivio Capital as the head of the Real Estate vertical in 2024. Previously, he dedicated seven years at Ivanhoé Cambridge (CDPQ), one of the largest institutional Real Estate investors in the world, where he led the portfolio and operations in Latin America. Before that, he spent over 12 years managing Real Estate Investment Funds (REITs) at renowned institutions such as Brazilian Capital and BTG Pactual, playing a key role in the development of the REIT and CRI industries in Brazil. Adriano holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a degree in administration from the Escola de Adminstracao Maua.

Carlos Jereissati Filho grew up in the universe of shopping centers and was always encouraged by his father to be interested in the family business. In 1997, he officially joined Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers and, since then, has held several positions in the group. Since 2005, when he assumed the presidency, he has had the mission of making the company grow, preserving its culture and its DNA. Over the past decade, he led the IPO process and opened several projects.

Fábio Tadeu Araújo has Master’s degrees in Urban Management at PUC-PR and in Organization and Development at FAE Business School, MBA in Project Management at IBMEC-RJ, with a postgraduate in Business Economics and International Business. Fábio won the Paraná Award of Economy in 2002, by CORECON-PR. He is a consultant for the IDB - Inter-American Development Bank - for housing issues in Latin America; Director of Market Research at ADEMI-PR; a post-graduate professor in Economics and Market Research; and a senior partner at BRAIN, where he has coordinated Market studies in over 800 brazilian cities.

Fauze Barreto Antun is a Partner in the Real Estate Division working on the origination, structuring and execution processes of our real estate transactions. Before joining Pátria, Mr. Antun was responsible for mergers and acquisitions and turnaround processes for Íntegra Associados. Between 1995 and 2001, he was a Senior Associate at the equity and debt capital markets area of JPMorgan, Chase Manhattan and Banco Patrimônio. He also worked on several fixed income transactions, IPOs and block trades. Mr. Antun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Gastão Valente serves as Real Estate Brazil Head at GIC - Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds. Based in Brazil, he leads GIC's real estate investment strategy and operations across the Brazilian market. Valente brings extensive expertise in Latin American real estate markets, overseeing portfolio management and identifying strategic investment opportunities. His role involves managing significant real estate assets and developing GIC's presence in Brazil's commercial and residential property sectors. Under his leadership, GIC continues to expand its real estate footprint in one of South America's most dynamic markets, leveraging his deep understanding of local market conditions and regulatory environment.

Karl Kreppner is responsible for the execution of strategic acquisitions, dispositions and management of investments across the emerging markets. Prior to re-joining Cadillac Fairview in 2013, Karl worked three years for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) in their Mexico City office. Karl is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Master of Business Administration from McMaster University.

Anteriormente foi CFO e IRO da BRMALLS, responsável pelo relacionamento com investidores, estratégia de financiamento, aquisições e monitoramento do desempenho das operações financeiras. De 2004 a 2006 integrou o Banco Pactual na divisão de Investment Banking na cobertura do setor de Real Estate. De 1999 a 2004, foi sócio e head da equipe de Real Estate do Banco CR2 e antes disso, co head do time de Real Estate do Banco BBM. É formado em Economia pela PUC-Rio e possui um EP Degree pela Stanford University.

Marcela has 25+ years in real estate investments with international working experience, leading first-class global institutional investors’ portfolio in Latin America, mainly in Brazil. Marcela has been a board member of Aliansce Sonae Shopping Centers, Brazilian largest mall operator, for more than 5 years, as well as member of its ESG and Remuneration Committees. She is an active contributor to Brazilian real estate discussion forums and strong advocate for women in the industry. Previously, Marcela was Managing Director Latin America for the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), where she managed a diversified real estate portfolio and stablished partnerships with best-in-class local and international operating partners.

Marcelo Fedak is a Partner and Head of Real Estate at Patria Asset Management, where he leads the Real Estate business unit and drives investment strategies across Latin America. He has been instrumental in significant transactions, including the integration of Credit Suisse's Brazilian Real Estate Business and strategic industrial property acquisitions. Prior to Patria, Mr. Fedak founded and served as Managing Partner of BlueMacaw. His extensive experience includes heading Real Estate for Blackstone in Latin America and serving as Partner and Head of Real Estate at BTG Pactual, where he was responsible for US$3bn of equity invested. He also held investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, executing over US$30bn in M&A and capital markets transactions. Mr. Fedak holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from FGV – Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo.

Martin Jaco started his career at Andrade Gutierrez and Método Engenharia. Then he went to CBRE, where he led the Investment department for 11 years. In 2007, he joined the startup BR Properties as CIO, with the objective of structuring the company's Investment department, responsible for acquisitions, market, development and leasing. In 2010, BR Properties made its IPO and today it is one of the most important commercial real estate companies in Brazil. Currently, Martin answers as CEO of the company.

Mauro Dias is president of GLP Capital Partners and GLP in Brazil and member of GLP Executive Committee. He has over 31 years of experience in the logistics and infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the Federal University of Espírito Santo in Brazil and received his MBA from UCLA (University of California- Los Angeles).

Mr. Lima is CEO/CIO and a Board Member at Hemisfério Sul Investimentos. In 2003, Mr. Lima cofounded the real estate division at GP Investimentos, where he served as head of acquisitions. Prior to this, Mr. Lima had joined Rio Bravo’s real estate finance group in 2000, where he was responsible for structuring securities, including some of the first in the then-incipient Brazilian market. Over his career, Mr. Lima has invested over USD 2.0 billion of equity in 44 real estate transactions. Mr. Lima graduated from the University of Chicago in 1996 with a B.A. in Economics.

Rafael Birmann serves as Chairman of the Board (Presidente do Conselho) at Birmann S/A Comercio e Empreendimentos, one of Brazil's leading real estate development and commercial enterprises. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, he has played a pivotal role in guiding the company's strategic direction and growth initiatives. Under his leadership, Birmann has maintained its position as a prominent player in Brazil's commercial real estate market, developing high-quality office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use projects. His expertise spans corporate governance, strategic planning, and real estate investment, contributing significantly to the company's continued success in the Brazilian market.

Roberto Perroni is responsible for supervising the company's business activities in the country, real estate investments and real estate portfolio management in the Brazilian market. Before joining Brookfield in 2012, Perroni was CEO of Cyrela Commercial Properties, Country Head of JER, CEO of Camargo Correa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário (CCDI) and Business Director of Birmann. With a Master's degree in Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation, Perroni is also a professor at the IIE Real Estate MBA, in partnership with the Université Paris Nanterre.

Tiago Angelo Alves, current role as Regus Brasil CEO. Former LatAm Managing Director of Johnson Controls & ISS, both multinational service companies, having worked also in Large corporations like Cushman & Wakefield and Grupo Semco S/A.. Graduated with MBA degree by University of California - Irvine, Fundação Getulio Vargas FGV in Sao Paulo and Degree on Mechanical engineer by Universidade do Estado de Sao Paulo – UNESP.

Walter Cardoso é formado em Engenharia Civil pela UNESP e tem especialização em Matemática Financeira na FGV. Começou na CBRE em 1985 e passou por diversos setores antes de chegar à presidência da companhia. Foi responsável pelo departamento de desenvolvimento de novos projetos (1985-1989) e diretor de investimentos entre 1989 e 1994. Como Managing Director (1994-1998), Cardoso consolidou todas as linhas comerciais de negócios no Brasil. Assumiu o papel de presidente em 1998, após a fusão de Richard Ellis e a CB Commercial. Hoje ele é responsável pelas orientações estratégicas e desempenho dos escritórios da empresa em todo o país e supervisiona uma equipe de mais de 1.000 profissionais, fornecendo soluções para o mercado imobiliário.
