Martin Jaco

Martin Jaco started his career at Andrade Gutierrez and Método Engenharia. Then he went to CBRE, where he led the Investment department for 11 years. In 2007, he joined the startup BR Properties as CIO, with the objective of structuring the company's Investment department, responsible for acquisitions, market, development and leasing. In 2010, BR Properties made its IPO and today it is one of the most important commercial real estate companies in Brazil. Currently, Martin answers as CEO of the company.

Formado em Engenharia Civil pela Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo, com MBA pela Reading University, College of Estate Management, e pós-graduado em Project Management, pelo Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Harvard Alumni OPM Program. Iniciou sua carreira em 92 na Andrade Gutierrez e, posteriormente, em 94, trabalhou na Método Engenharia. Em 96 juntou-se à CB Richard Ellis, sociedade voltada à consultoria imobiliária, e foi diretor das áreas de Investimento, Desenvolvimento e Asset Management durante 11 anos. Em 2007, juntou-se à BR Properties, onde atuou como Diretor Presidente de 2016 a 2023. Em 2024, juntamente com André Bergstein, Gabriel Barcelos e Felipe Guazzelli, fundou a BGR Asset Management.
