Who can participate?
Debt and equity investors, developers, operators, banks, funds, financiers, construction companies, and entities operating in the European real estate sector.
When and how to nominate a project?
Nominations will be accepted by 25th July to participate. It can be made by the general public for either their own or third-party projects.
All project submissions must be accompanied by a submission fee (€500), with different tiers available depending on the number of categories for which the project is nominated.
Does my project need to be completed to participate?
No, the projects don't need to be fully concluded. If at least one of the phases of your project (it doesn't matter if phase 1 or conclusion) was delivered or is expected to be delivered from June 2024 to December 2025, you are eligible to submit.
Top 10 Definition
GRI Institute will evaluate each nomination and select up to 10 (ten) projects in each category to proceed to the next stage. The chosen projects will be announced on the official awards channels.
Top 3 Definition
Through open online voting by the public and members, 3 (three) finalists will be selected for each category. This Top 3 will be announced on the official awards channels.
GRI Awards Ceremony
The overall winners of each category will be announced on the day of the awards ceremony, at an exclusive cocktail reserved for GRI Institute members and Europe GRI participants.
