Alfredo Rizo is CEO and co-founder of Terranum, a fund specialized in the development and management of office, industrial and logistics real estate projects. Previously, he served as Vice President of the Terranum Group where he played a fundamental role in the definition and implementation of the investment plan, the group's strategy, capital structure and corporate governance. Additionally, Alfredo participated in the initial phase of the structuring of the Patrimonio Estrategias Inmobiliarias (PEI), the first real estate investment vehicle in the Colombian market.

Felipe tiene un MSc in Finance de London Business School en el Reino Unido, un Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development de MIT y una especialización en Finanzas y Negocios de EAFIT. Desde el 2017 está vinculado a la plataforma inmobiliaria de SURA IM y en su rol de Director de Transacciones.

Gregorio Schneider is the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of TC Latin America Partners. He has more than 25 years of experience in emerging markets, investing in both the public and private markets through a variety of assets and strategies, including debt, equity, distressed assets and real estate. Prior to forming TC Latin America Partners, Gregorio was Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets at Och-Ziff Capital Management, Portfolio Manager at The Rohatyn Group (TRG) and worked at Spinnaker Capital. Gregorio is a member of the EMPEA Latin America Council and the LAVCA real estate council. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the ITAM in Mexico City.

Jairo Corrales es el Presidente de Pei Asset Management, administrador del Pei, vehículo de inversión inmobiliaria líder en Colombia. Cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia en la industria y desde 2009 hace parte de la organización. Al frente de Pei Asset Management ha estructurado la adquisición de más de 500,000 m2 en diferentes categorías de inmuebles como comerciales, corporativos, logísticos y de usos especializados. Participó en la estructuración de la Sede Corporativa Isagen en Medellín, el Centro Comercial Plaza Central y la torre Atrio entre otros.

Joan Bertran joined Banco Sabadell in 2008 to manage the Group’s Real Estate portfolio ($15bn). Since then he served in different executive positions and today he is the Banco Sabadell’s Group Global Head of Commercial Real Estate & Hotels. Based in Miami, he is in charge of the CRE & Hotels Group’s financing activity with teams in America and Europe. Previously, Joan served as Business Manager at ‘Logispark’, a Banco Sabadell JV with a RE developer, where he managed investments for $400M to develop more than 700.000sqm of CRE in Europe. He started his professional career in 1999 as Construction Manager at Ferrovial.

He has been both an Investor and Developer of residential and mixed-used projects across Latin America and the South Eastern US. While working in Latin America, Josef identified a significant regional housing deficit, which he saw as a great opportunity to create value by investing in the residential development space; therefore, in 2005 he co-founded Peninsula with Mauricio Levitin. At Peninsula, Josef is responsible for overseeing investments, portfolio allocation in Mexico, Panama and Colombia, and managing investor relations. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the different funds of the firm.

Mr. Moreno is Co-Founder & CIO at Yellowstone, a Colombia and US-based sustainable investments firm. He has +13 years of professional experience in Private Equity and Real Estate investments and development. Between 2008 and 2012 he worked as a Private Equity Associate at MAS Equity Partners, a pioneer Private Equity Firm in the Andean Region. Mr. Moreno was born in Miami, FL and served in the Colombian Military as an Infantryman between 2002 and 2003, where he participated in desert operations in the Sinai Peninsula, and earned a medal of honor. He obtained an M.B.A. from IE Business School in Madrid, and a BSc in Industrial Engineering with minor in Mathematical Finance from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota.

Maria Clara Aristizábal is the Head of the Real Estate Business at Grupo Argos, an infrastructure holding Company with over $15 billion in assets. She oversees 50.000 Ha of land for urban development and is a member of the investment committee of Pactia, a real estate fund with over 500.000 sqm in retail, office, industrial, self storage and hotels. She has a major in economics, a minor in mathematical economics and holds an MBA from New York University

Philipp Braunfels serves as Managing Director at Jamestown, a prominent real estate investment and management company. Based in Germany, he oversees the company's Latin American operations and strategic initiatives. With extensive experience in international real estate markets, Braunfels brings deep expertise in cross-border investment strategies and market development. His leadership focuses on identifying and executing value-driven real estate opportunities across Latin America, leveraging Jamestown's global platform to deliver institutional-quality investment solutions. Under his direction, the company has expanded its presence in key Latin American markets while maintaining its commitment to innovative real estate strategies.

Rafael is founder, partner and CEO of QBO Constructores SAS, a company dedicated to real estate development since 2003. He is a Business Administrator from Universidad EAFIT with studies at the London School of Economics. He has held relevant positions in the Colombian financial industry during his time at the Corporación Financiera del Valle (Corfivalle) and in the aviation industry during his 5 years at Avianca where he was Commercial Vice President of the airline for Latin America.

Santiago Porta is responsible for the origination and structuring of hospitality, real estate and manufacturing investments in Latin America and the Caribbean. He has a long track record in banking, leading investments and client relationships with key private sector partners across all real estate and manufacturing subsectors and emerging markets regions -including Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Asia. He lives in Washington DC, US, and, before joining IFC, he worked in the structured finance and corporate finance groups at Enron and Price Waterhouse Coopers respectively. Santiago holds an MBA from IESE Business School and an Industrial Engineering Degree at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
