Eduardo accounts for more than 20 years in the Brazilian financial markets covering Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Financial Institutions & Sponsors. His transaction experience includes Local and International Capital Markets (Securitization, Debt and Equity), M&A, Project Finance, and Syndicated & Bilateral Loans. He holds an MBA in Economics & Finance, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is also a CVM & Anbima registered Portfolio Manager.

Mr. Moraes currently holds the position of Managing Partner & Head of the Credit Strategy at Canuma Capital (in partnership with BTG Pactual), and also an Advisory Board Seat at Brasal Incorporações.
