Aarti Waghela
Biography
Aarti Waghela was born and brought up in London. After graduating with double first class honours in Mathematics at Oxford University, she began her career At Deutsche Asset Management Subsequent to this, she moved to Goldman Sachs where she was a vice-president in Equity Derivatives Sales and Trading. Aarti has had a lifelong passion for travel and has visited almost 100 countries. Upon moving to Brazil in 2008, she focused on learning Portuguese, simultaneously volunteering at an NGO. Aarti found her passion for proptech heading up growth for Brazil at hospitality startup Selina. She is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Charlie where tech tech meets hospitality. Charlie is currently the largest rental operator in Brazil
