Beginning of decade, end of the economic uncertainty?

French speaking discussion.

At the end of the decade, European politics started to look like a sensational film, plagued by repeated twists and turns. Brexit approaching, Germany in difficulty, France facing challenges; the influence of the political climate on the economy seems to remain strong. But is it still a threat or does this new decade will bring new opportunities?
What can we expect from 2020? Can we still anticipate the value of the assets? Is French real estate a safe bet or are we going straight into the wall?

The members of the GRI club and their guests will gather at the start of the year for an exclusive and private round table to debate last year’s economic record and discuss the perspectives and potential actions for this new decade. This meeting will also be an opportunity for members to share their conclusions after the various economical and real estate presentations attended so far this year.

Among the questions that will be covered:

Where are we in the investment cycle?
How worldwide and especially European politics influence the economy and the real estate sector?
Where are the safe havens?
What are the factors that could impact Real Estate investment value in the coming years?

She has over 17 years of experience in general management, investment and asset management, leading multi-disciplinary projects and teams for international real estate companies. Prior to joining the real estate sector, Tania started her career in the high-tech sector with the Japanese-American group Senko in Boston (USA). When she moved to Paris in 2003, she joined Renta Corporacion, a listed property company. With Renta as Managing Director, she was in charge of acquisitions and asset management for the French, English and German markets. Tania joined Union Investment in 2011 as Managing Director of the French management company.
