She manages 3 CKDs and recently raised an Industrial Private Fund. She serves at the board of AMEXCAP (the Mexican Association for Private Capital) and leads the Real Estate Committee.

Joel Sanchez is Tourism, Retail, and Property Lead for the Upstream and Advisory team at IFC (International Finance Corporation) for Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role, he helps drive IFC’s investments in these sectors, promoting decarbonization strategies and providing pre-investment advisory support to advance sustainable real estate portfolios. Previously, Joel led IFC’s Green Building program for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, where he spearheaded the adoption of EDGE certification, supported the development of green mortgages, and advanced sustainability-linked financing in the region. Under his leadership, Mexico became the second-largest market for EDGE certification globally. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Infonavit and J-PAL, and collaborated with organizations such as UNICEF and the World Food Programme. Máximo is an architect with an MBA from IE Business School, complemented by qualifications in Real Estate Finance from ITAM and Project Management from Complutense University of Madrid. For more than ten years, he has held pivotal roles, including business development at Hill International, Inc., Director of Buildings and Infrastructure at Bureau Veritas Group, and project management services at Oca Global. With a portfolio boasting + 20 building projects for various stakeholders, Máximo now leads as the Director of the Energy and Sustainable Cities division at Egis in Mexico. He oversees a wide array of projects, ranging from airports and stadiums to hotels, hospitals, industrial facilities, mixed-use developments.

Pablo Seminario is the CEO and Managing Partner of Caral Group since February 2017.
