He has +20 years of Real Estate experience, +10 years in Residential Real Estate, and +10 years in Commercial and Industrial Real Estate and +4 years in Retail Finance. +10 years in Residential Real Estate and Financian Structuring of Housing for sale Development projects; +10 years as VP Peru Real Estate (6 yrs) and VP Peru Supply Chain (4 years) of Tottus (Falabella Group); +4 yrs Gap Inc. (San Francisco, CA), as their Finance and Supply Chain Manager for Gap and Old Navy. Mr. Seminario received a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley Hass School of Business. Prior to MBA he worked in housing and infraestructure construction, for 4 years.

Previamente, cuenta con 14 años de experiencia en la industria retail: 10 años en Tottus (Grupo Falabella) como VP de Supply Chain y Planificación de Merchandising para Perú (4 años), y como VP de Real Estate para Perú (6 años); y 4 años en Gap Inc. (San Francisco, CA), como Gerente de Finanzas y Supply Chain para Gap y Old Navy. El Sr. Seminario es Ingeniero Civil por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú y tiene un MBA de la Universidad de California, Berkeley Haas School of Business. Antes de su MBA, trabajó en construcción de viviendas e infraestructura durante 4 años.
