Prior to ZEITGEIST, Peter worked in institutional real estate in Germany, Central Eastern Europe and Turkey for HOCHTIEF Development and Rödl & Partner in Germany and Czech Republic. He is registered as licenced attorney at law in Germany and Czech Republic and holds a Law degree from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany.

Mr. Fitzgerald established 7 Bridges Capital Partners after his departure from Jamestown Latin America, which he founded in February 2013. Prior to his position as the CEO of Jamestown Latin America, Mr. Fitzgerald was a partner with Paladin Realty Partners, where he served as managing director of emerging markets. In that role, Mr. Fitzgerald successfully led and managed investments centered on an extensive portfolio of more than 120 real estate assets located in seven Latin American countries. Prior to joining Paladin, Mr. Fitzgerald was a founding partner of the real estate investment firm Griffin Capital.

Philipp has 20 years' experience in real estate and NPL principal investing across Europe. He joined Castlelake, a global private investment firm with AUM of c. USD15bn, in 2017 and acts as Co-Head of the European Assets Team. Prior to his current role he was a Partner at Benson Elliot where he started in 2009. Previously he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, managers of the Whitehall Funds within the real estate principal investment area (REPIA). He started his career with Goldman Sachs in London in 2000 and played a leading role in the acquisition of over €6.0 billion of property assets.

Sean is a Partner and Co-Founder of Jackson Dearborn Partners. His primary areas of focus in The Student Housing sector include fundraising, investor relations, and marketing. Sean has over 20 years of experience including the last 16 as a real estate broker and principal participating in well over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Sean started his real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in 2003, eventually founding his own brokerage company, Triad Real Estate Partners, in 2010. Moving to the principal side, Sean went on to found JDP where he utilizes creative marketing and an extensive network to build a portfolio of real estate and relationships within the Student Housing space across The United States.

Seth Lieberman established Drayton Capital Advisors to advise and invest in real estate transactions. Seth is an Investment Advisory Committee Member of EQT Real Estate Fund II. Previous board positions include Stendörren Fastigheter AB (Co-Founder, Chairman & Board Member), Kvalitena AB (Chairman & Board Member) SBB AB (Board Member) and Maha Energy AB (Board Member). He has 41 years of real estate industry experience in both the US and in Europe. Previous senior positions include Advanced Capital (CIO Real Estate), UBS Investment Bank (MD & Commitment Committee Member), Hypo Real Estate (Joint MD), Lehman Brothers International (ED), Credit Suisse Praedium Funds (Principal) GE Capital (Director). He was an Executive Committee Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Europe (2014 – 2016) and ULI Global Audit Committee Member (2015 – 2016). Seth earned a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.

Stefan Walldorf is a Managing Director in Cerberus’ European Real Estate Group and a member of the Cerberus NPL Committee, Real Estate Committee, and Real Estate Debt Committee. Since joining Cerberus in 2006, Mr. Walldorf has led a wide range of transactions in Europe, including acquisitions of commercial properties, restructurings and loan portfolios. He is currently overseeing the built-up of Cerberus’ EUR 3bn Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) platform across Europe. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Walldorf worked in Eurohypo’s structured real estate finance division focusing on multinational and institutional clients and structuring financing transactions in commercial and residential real estate.

Tania joined Union Investment in 2011 as Managing Director of the French management company.

Tanya is the Chair Person of the Association of Commercial Building Owners in Bulgaria. The organization represent the largest commercial developers in the country. Tanya also acts as Chair Person of Ladies Forum, non-for profit organization of business women.

Mr. Bonetti is the managing Partner of the Durendal Ventures Group. European operations are based in Spain and Italy with offices in Florida, New York and Hong Kong. Thomas has more than 25 years of experience in executive management, M&A and private equity. Mr. Bonetti began his career in Silicon Valley from where he was recruited to serve in various senior management positions with Verizon International (New York, Hong Kong, Rome & Brussels). Followed by directing a private equity firm in Monte-Carlo, including a George Soros Group joint-venture with the Principality of Monaco. During his career, Mr. Bonetti has participated in three successful IPO’s and completed transactions across 40 countries valued in excess of €5 billion.

Vojkan Brankovic is the Founder and CEO of Apeiron; he oversees investment strategies and transactional management, product and business development and investor relations with an extensive international network of institutional investors. Vojkan has more than 25 years of global investment management experience, combining strategic senior real estate executive roles with extensive experience and a clear understanding of real estate fundamentals such as acquisition, financing, development, fund management and senior institutional investor management. Vojkan is a member of the British Property Federation Committee, IPF and ULI.

For more then 25 years Will has been working in Real estate and Capital markets. At Morgan Stanley, LCF Rothschild, Astor Capital and Tolaxis. Will served on the boards of public companies, including companies listed on London Stock Exchange. Will has an MBA degree from UC Berkeley.

Willem Sutherland headed the Latin America region for ING. While travelling extensively in Latin America, he is based in New York. Prior to assuming his current position, he was also head of the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory activities for ING in the Americas. Willem has more than 20 years of experience in debt structuring, advisory, project finance and debt placement in the Americas. Prior to joining ING, Willem worked for ABN AMRO in Europe, Mexico and New York. He has been based in New York since 2001. Willem holds an MSc degree in Business Engineering from the Technical University of Twente, in the Netherlands.

Yuri Babin is a Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets for Wainbridge International. Prior to that he was a Director of Strategic Partnerships at Russian Direct Investment Fund, a $40 billion sovereign wealth fund of the Russian Federation. Before that he spent more than 10 years as an investment banker in London with J.P.Morgan and Morgan Stanley. He holds Bachelor of Laws degree from Moscow State University, LL.M. from Cornell Law School, andMBA from Insead.
