Seth Lieberman

Seth Lieberman established Drayton Capital Advisors to advise and invest in real estate transactions. Seth is an Investment Advisory Committee Member of EQT Real Estate Fund II. Previous board positions include Stendörren Fastigheter AB (Co-Founder, Chairman & Board Member), Kvalitena AB (Chairman & Board Member) SBB AB (Board Member) and Maha Energy AB (Board Member). He has 41 years of real estate industry experience in both the US and in Europe. Previous senior positions include Advanced Capital (CIO Real Estate), UBS Investment Bank (MD & Commitment Committee Member), Hypo Real Estate (Joint MD), Lehman Brothers International (ED), Credit Suisse Praedium Funds (Principal) GE Capital (Director). He was an Executive Committee Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Europe (2014 – 2016) and ULI Global Audit Committee Member (2015 – 2016). Seth earned a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
